scratching out a continuum, a long serpentine line which bends and folds to
form words, which create meaning and demand interpretation.
Words are instruments of
representation that do not represent. They do not stand for the things
themselves, but for our incomplete and severed understanding of things, which
is intrsubjective and collective to the point of mutual understanding.
