Diary Monday 30th
September, 1996: Cincona, a beautiful park in the Blue Mountain Range. The
drive up was wonderful. We had a short picknick with lots of laughter. The
house in the park is lovely. About 150 years old. A simple rectangle covered
with a large roof. Badly in need of repair. At the back there is large
overhanging shed roof enclosed by trelliswork
of diagonal slats forming diamons and painted a dark green. The door of
the outside toilet is inscribed with marvellous hieroglyphs.
