Rich paradox

Every issue here, environmental neglect, urban neglect, social neglect, is subject to strange paradoxes, whereby a certain approach, often accepted as taboo, suddenly becomes richly creative in real possibilities for moral development and with moral development comes the possibility of better urban and environmental development.
